At-Home Books and Video Companions

Your child will receive two books to keep and read at home. Each book comes with its own Video Companion DVD. These interactive instructional DVDs–which feature Bookman, a reading superhero–provide comprehension support and fluency training in an entertaining format that your child will love.

Class Books

In class, your child will read some of the best books ever written for children this age. The experience of reading and discussing these wonderful books will build skills and confidence, and will motivate your child to continue reading after the program is over.

Long-Word Decoding for Third Graders

This workbook teaches students to recognize prefixes, suffixes, and syllables, and it teaches a four-step process for reading long words. Using this workbook will boost your child's confidence, and it's also a lot of fun–students love the enjoyable exercises and word puzzles.
